This is an odd case where I could not take Luis Ceja's service due to new building town house police on the past. But it serves as an example that the professionalism and altruism of Luis goes far beyond greedy or sales pitch. A very special thank you to Luis!!! We are so satisfied with the loan process and great communication. I first contacted Luis 2 years ago and asked him about the requirements to qualify for a loan. He recommended that I get preapproved to see where I was (even though I knew I was not in a great spot). I was pre-approved for 300K, not a lot right, but after that he provided me with a roadmap to get where I wanted. I paid off some bad debt, refinanced my car to lower my monthly payment, got 2 credit cards and slowly my credit kept going up. Also, he gave me a range on how much money I needed to save. He was always there to answer my questions, for example when I was about to switch jobs, I asked him if it was going to affect me in the loan process, he confirmed that if it was the same line of work, it would not affect me. Having Luis along my home journey gave me the confidence to keep going and that it was possible to buy my first home. The day came where I was finally ready to buy a home, the interest rates were climbing and the market was moderating. I was a bit worried that the higher interest would qualify for a lower loan amount. However, Luis went above and beyond to make sure we got the loan amount we needed for the lowest rate. Luis and the Realtor, they helped negotiate closing cost credits and rate buydown credits to help us land our dream home.
